Getting To The Event: 

By Road: 

If you are driving to the festival, the site is located between the A505, A507 & A10. The postcode is SG9 0QG.
Please only use your SAT NAV to get to within the vicinity of the event!! There will be direction signs on all the above roads a few miles from the event.

**PLEASE FOLLOW THE ROAD SIGNS TO THE EVENT *ONLY* AS YOUR SAT NAV WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH TINY COUNTRY LANES OTHERWISE & ACTUALLY DELAY YOUR JOURNEY TO THE FESTIVAL !!!** 

By Train:

The nearest stations are Baldock, Royston and Ashwell & Morden. A shared cab to the festival between 4-5 people would cost only £5 each from either location before midnight.

Taxis & Drop Offs / Pick Ups

There will be separate event attendee DOPU "drop off / pick up" points and taxi rank areas within the event site after the main entrance driveway to Poplars Farm. If you are being dropped off and picked up later, you'll need to do so from this point inside the event, we cannot allow drop offs or pickups outside the event site and on the village roads as this will cause unwanted traffic congestion in the village and is quite a walk from the actual event site. Traffic marshals we be on hand to help and guide you at all times for you safety and security. 
 

Please PRE BOOK your cabs in advance (especially for your return home journey. If you are planning on drinking and leaving a vehicle. Sandon is a rural area and although not far from several large towns will save a lot of waiting around and delays getting home safely. 

Local cab firms have been advised that at 11-1am there will be a lot of people leaving, but this is not a guaranteed service. local train times here: http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ The last train from Baldock, 11:46pm.

On-site 1 DAY parking is £6. vehicles to leave the site by 12:30am

All vehicles will require a parking permit displayed on their dashboard to gain entrance to the parking area.

**Children - Under The Age Of 12**

Will be granted free entry to the event if accompanied by one or more adults aged 21 or over

We will be operating a STRICT ID check on the entry gates.

Max children per adult ticket x2 (x4 for families)

Any person that clearly looks under the age of 18

can and will be asked for ID before being supplied

with an adult wristband! Please bring photo ID

to avoid any delays at the entry gate.

Festival Cash & Card Facilities

There are no cash machines on-site and the nearest cash points are several miles away. **Please ensure that you bring enough cash with you to the event** All of the food vendors accept cash, all of the various events bars and stalls (serving alcohol and soft drinks) will require you to purchase "drinks tokens" from the "token booth" which is situated just after you enter the event (on the left hand side) The token booth will have a chip and pin and contactless card reader for you to pay for your tokens also.

 

 

IMPORTANT INFO + TERMS & CONDITIONS 

This is an all ages family / community event.

Each adult (aged 18+) will be required to produce a valid e-ticket

(either via print off or on a mobile phone / tablet etc) for scanning / checking into the event.
If multiple tickets for a group booking have been made via one payment medium,

then please state the persons name who made the booking at the entry gate. 

Upon checking in, you will be provided and fitted with an 'adult wristband'
 

Any person's under the age of 18 (12-17) will be refused entry unless in the company of adult / guardian 

(aged 21 or older)  

Upon checking in, you will be provided and fitted with an 'Under 18's wristband' and a contact phone number for your adult guardian will be written on the band. 

Wristbands MUST be worn at all times, if any persons are found without a valid wristband (and subsequently a ticket) They will be asked to purchase a ticket, failure to do so will mean being escorted off of the site by security. 

Alcohol: The event will be operating licensed bars and you will need to be aged 18 or older to purchase alcohol at them. Please be aware that if a member of the bar staff team believe that you look under 25 years old

(challenge 25 policy) You may be asked to provide proof of identification and if you are unable to do so, will not be served alcohol. It is illegal to buy alcohol for another person who is under 18.

**As this is an event with no camping facilities, we must advise that you 

CANNOT bring your own alcohol into the event** 

DRINKS TOKENS:

Payments for drinks will be made via drinks 'tokens' these can be purchased inside the main event zone

via cash or debit / credit card.
Drinks will be very reasonably priced!! 

YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL ON-SITE. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO SO AS IT WILL BE CONFISCATED BY SECURITY.


NO GLASS - All drinks we serve will be dispensed in plastic containers. 

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in any of the indoor areas. Smoking in any indoor area is illegal and could result in you being fined.


Mobile Phones:  Reception and service is normally good across all networks in the event area. Please note as this is a one day event, mobile charging stations will not be available. Please charge your mobile device before setting off for the event. In the event of an emergency please go to the welfare tent and we will have a mobile phone ready to make emergency calls on your behalf.

✗  drones, quadcopters, remote controlled flying devices
✗  megaphones, air horns, compressed air
✗  fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, smoke machines
✗  large or portable sound systems.
✗  animals with the exception of guide dogs
✗  generators, apart from those permanently built into campervans
✗  gas canisters or cylinders apart from those fitted in campervans
✗  unofficial tabards or hi-vis jackets
✗  professional camera or video recording equipment (including SLRs and anything with a detachable lens)
✗  campfires are not permitted

Further Terms & Conditions

  1. Persons suspected or deemed to be carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities and/or behaving in an anti-social manner within the site may be searched and/or evicted. 

  2. Persons who have gained access to the site without a valid ticket, permission, or other lawful authority to remain, or have gained access by fraudulent means, may be searched and will be evicted. 

  3. Eviction will be to a suitable and safe location at the discretion of the organisers. 

  4. All visitors should be aware that this event takes place in an outdoor, rural location. Please bring appropriate footwear and clothing. 

  5. Participation in all activities on site is voluntary and is at your own risk. 

  6. Sound levels at this event may cause damage to hearing. Please bring ear defenders if you require them. 

  7. No stalls or market sales without permission of the organisers. 

  8. All attendees give permission for themselves to appear on both audio and visual recording made by or on behalf of the organisers which may be used or published by the organisers in photographs and other media to report on this event and promote future events. 

  9. Please respect the countryside and the environment and be respectful towards those living near the site.

  10. No refunds due to adverse weather (unless event is cancelled)
